Note that this is a full working version of the SPK with a 30 day timer.
It includes the new full .html based user guide as well. The guide was
built with "frames" so that your browser should support this feature. If
it does not, please update to a newer release (Netscape 4.5 is now ready
for a free download from Netscape.) A recent version of Internet Explorer
is fine too.
After you download the file, extract the contents to a temporary directory
on your Windows workstation and review the README.TXT
