Wine
Importer
A
wine importer called one morning in a panic
saying that they had 40 PCs periodically
crashing. It was a terrible and costly
interruption to their office operations and to
the ability to generate revenues. They said
that all of the systems were new 6 months ago,
each one was configured identically, and all
began crashing two weeks prior to them
calling. They bought the Alexander SPK and
installed it immediately. A few minutes later
the SPK began producing reports on the
historical crash events of the preceding
weeks: a wireless keyboard driver working
through a USB port was the culprit. They said:
“Oh…that’s right…about 2 weeks ago we
bought everyone a wireless keyboard…Thank
you!”
