A cool tool I've been using for a few years now is Alexander SPK for Windows.  It analyzes the dreaded BSOD memory.dmp file and returns an easy to read report telling you what caused the problem, be it a faulty video driver, IDE controller, newly installed program, whatever.  It has reduced the amount of down time when a pc suffers a BSOD by 90% for me and my office.  It will e-mail you a copy of the crash report and has a function to print a "manager friendly" report to keep them up to date on the problem.
