While we were exhibiting the Alexander SPK at a technical conference a network admin for a municipal train system in the Northeast came by to tell us that he had just received a call from his office that their main server was crashing. His office was 1,500 miles away. We deployed the SPK through the Internet and he went back to his hotel. By morning he returned and showed us the report nailing an errant module, which he replaced, and the server was once again stable.
