Your software really saved me a lot of money. I had put in a new video card and extra RAM, a week after that I started having BSoDs when shutting down. All the references on the web tended to support either a bad video card or RAM (both of which I had trashed the original packaging thus negating the possibility of an exchange). The first time I ran the software it pointed to a DLL associated with my video camera. After removing the software, it was fixed!
 
Its great to find a product that really works the FIRST TIME!
