The world’s first deployment of the Alexander SPK Enterprise Edition for Windows was to a large international entertainment company. They had an Exchange Server that had been periodically crashing over a 10 week period and no one could fix it. Within 4 minutes following the installation of the SPK it displayed a report for a crash that had occurred before. It was caused by their antivirus software driver. They sent an SPK Crash Report to the vendor who immediately responded telling them that they recognized the problem and that a fix had been issued 6 months earlier! The entertainment company ordered an enterprise license for the SPK for the entire corporation.
